By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Deploy and configure Linux virtual machines in Azure

• Manage virtual machine storage, including disks and file services

• Monitor VM performance and set up alerts using Azure Monitor

• Implement backup and recovery strategies with Azure Backup

• Administer VMs using Azure CLI for automation and operational tasks

• Configure and manage access control using role-based access control (RBAC) and managed identities

• Work with Azure Files and other storage solutions

• Secure, optimize, and maintain Linux VM environments in Azure

Before taking this course, learners should have:

• Experience using the Azure portal and Azure CLI to create resources

• Familiarity with identity management and role-based access control (RBAC)

• Experience creating and configuring Azure virtual machines

• Working knowledge of Linux-based operating systems
