AB-6005 : Introduction to supply chain management in Dynamics 365

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

• Understand the core concepts of supply chain management in Dynamics 365

• Describe how Dynamics 365 supports end-to-end business operations, including procurement, inventory, and manufacturing

• Navigate and explore key supply chain processes such as order-to-cash and procure-to-pay

• Understand inventory and warehouse management principles

• Explore production, planning, and manufacturing workflows

• Learn how AI and data insights help improve supply chain visibility and efficiency

• Understand how multiple supply chain functions are unified within an ERP system

• Apply basic concepts to improve operational efficiency and decision-making

Before taking this course, learners should have:

• No prior experience with Dynamics 365 or ERP systems (not required)

• Basic understanding of business operations such as procurement, inventory, or manufacturing (helpful but optional)

• Interest in supply chain processes and business operations
